NavPathway Immigration provides immigration consulting services, including but not limited to LMIA, Work Permit Extension, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTW), Family Class, Visit Visa, Super Visa, Citizenship, Study Visa, and Student Visa services. Our advice and guidance are based on current immigration laws and policies, which are subject to change

No Guarantee of Approval

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, NavPathway Immigration does not guarantee the approval of any visa or immigration application. The outcome of your application depends on various factors determined by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other relevant authorities.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documentation to NavPathway Immigration. Failure to do so may result in delays or rejection of your application. Clients must also inform us of any changes in their circumstances that may affect their application.

Fees and Payment

Our fees for immigration services are outlined in our service agreements. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in these agreements. Fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced, except as provided in the service agreement.

Confidentiality

NavPathway Immigration respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

NavPathway Immigration is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or delays in the immigration process.
